Return & Refund Policy — Screen Printing Business

1. Custom Orders Are Final

Because all screen-printed items are custom-made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind after approval

  • Variations resulting from different garment brands or colors selected

Please double-check sizing charts, artwork proofs, and order details before approval.

 

2. Order Approval

Before production begins, we provide:

  • Digital artwork proofs

  • Order summaries including garment style, colors, quantities, and placement

Production will not start until the customer approves the proof. Once approved, the order is final.

 

3. Defects or Printing Errors

We will replace or refund items only if:

  • The print is significantly different from the approved proof

  • The product arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

To initiate a claim:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide clear photos of the issue

  3. Include your order number and description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, partial refund, or full refund applies.

 

4. Incorrect Order Fulfillment

If we made a mistake (wrong garment, wrong colors, missing items):

  • Notify us within 7 days

  • We will correct the issue at no additional cost

 

5. Customer-Supplied Garments

If the customer provides the garments:

  • We are not responsible for replacement of items damaged during the printing process

  • No returns or refunds can be issued for customer-supplied apparel

 

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before artwork approval.
Once artwork is approved or blanks are ordered, cancellations may incur fees or may not be possible.

 

7. Turnaround Time & Delays

We do our best to meet estimated turnaround times. However, delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or events outside our control are not eligible for refunds.

 

8. Shipping Issues

If items are lost or damaged during shipping:

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier

  • Resolution depends on carrier policies
