Shipping Policy — Screen Printing Business

1. Order Processing Time

All screen-printed orders require a production period before shipping.
Typical turnaround time: 7–14 business days after artwork approval and payment.
Large or specialty orders may require additional time; we will notify you if this applies.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Available shipping options may include:

  • Standard Ground

  • Expedited / 2-Day

  • Overnight (when available)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or on your invoice based on weight, quantity, and destination.

3. Shipping Time Frames

Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.
Estimated transit times:

  • Standard: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited: 1–3 business days

Please note: transit times do not include production time. Small packages weighing less than 5 -10 pounds are shipped via USPS. Heavy packages are shipped via FEDEX using home delivery (2 business days) if applicable. 

Orders are shipped out of Florida so if you're shipping within the state, please allow 1 additional business day to arrive, from date of shipment. 

4. Local Pickup (Optional)

If you offer this:
Customers may choose local pickup or delivery. 
We will notify you when your order is ready. No shipping fees apply.

Orders delivered within Brevard county will be delivered same day they are produced.

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs (for international shipments)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

However, we will help track packages and communicate with carriers when possible.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or becomes lost:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of any damage (if applicable).

  3. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Refunds or replacements are based on the carrier’s claim approval.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout or on your invoice.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
