What is a Digitizing Fee?
A digitizing fee is a one time setup fee for embroidery. Before we can embroider your logo or design, it needs to be converted into a special embroidery file that tells our machine exactly how to stitch the design.
This process determines things like stitch placement, density, thread direction, and the details needed to produce a clean, professional result.
The good news: once your design has been digitized, we can keep the embroidery file on file for future orders, so you typically won't need to pay the digitizing fee again for the same design.
